This Privacy Policy (‘Privacy Policy’) applies to your use of the website (the ‘Website’) which is owned and operated by GREENWASH (‘GREENWASH’, ‘us’, ‘our’, ‘we’).

This Privacy Policy explains how we use and protect any information you provide to us. We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.

Personal Information is collected when you place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, fill out surveys, correspond with us, participate in promotions, and submit product reviews, photos, videos and testimonials.

Examples of Personal Information collected are your full name, address, email address, telephone number and credit card details.  When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address, web pages visited, the referring URL, information regarding your domain server, your server’s country, state and telephone area code, your type of computer, your browser and timestamp data.







Your Personal Information is collected by us in order to fill online orders, contact you regarding your order, respond to your queries and concerns, and only with your permission, we may send infrequent emails about our store, new products and other updates. However, you can submit a request to opt-out of this by clicking the "Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of these e-mails.

We may also use Personal Information to gain a better understanding about our customer community so we can improve our products, website and customer service.




All payments made through the GREENWASH website are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways (PayPal as an example). Card information is not stored by GREENWASH.
Our store is hosted on, a cloud-based web development platform that allows us to create web site/online shop. Your data is stored through WIX data storage, databases and the general WIX application. They store your data on a secure server.
WIX works with the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) system for encrypting credit card information.

WIX is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) compliant and is accredited as a level 1 service provider and merchant.

Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.




We DO NOT sell or share your Personal Information with third parties except with businesses that perform functions necessary for the running of our business, including those that process credit card payments, web hosting companies, mail services and other specialists.

These third parties may not use your Personal Information except to provide services on our behalf. Certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers. In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located at different jurisdiction than either you or us. Once you  are redirected from our store’s website to a third-party website or application (when you click on links on our store, for a example during completing payment via third-party gateway) you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

We may be required by law to provide Personal Information to appropriate government or legal authorities, and will do so if it is deemed necessary to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. We reserve the right to report to the appropriate authorities any activities we believe in good faith to be unlawful and may release Personal Information in such cases when we consider this action reasonably necessary.




When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

By providing us with information including testimonials, photographs, videos or other feedback (‘Content’) about our products, Website or newsletter via email or other means of correspondence, you agree that the ownership of such Content will be passed onto GREENWASH to be used as permitted under this Privacy Policy, including reproducing the Content on the Website and in GREENWASH’s marketing materials.
