2. GREENWASH cannot accept returns of products that cause a skin reaction, since this type of response is caused by an individual’s sensitivity to an ingredient, and cannot be predicted by us.


3. Products purchased from a stockist, please consult their store policies.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you and a refund will be processed.

We promise we will be done and dusted within 4-5 working days. We’ll do our job before you can say ‘Gimmy my cash!’. But remember those lazy and slow institutions, banks. We have no idea how fast they move…well, we actually do…very slow. So, yes it might take a couple of days for the refund to clear in your account.

That one is easy-peasy.

If we messed it up and you would like to sent goodies back, it will be our shout to fully cover your shipping expenses.

However, the game changer here is when you would like to return the products only because you would like to return the products. Posties don’t do favours without any banknotes (not that sort anyway). You will have to come up with some hot and ready’s. To say it in a less fun words, you will have to pay for the return shipping, bella.

We recommend that you return the products via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. But don’t risk lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Imagine boring stuff that might happen to the parcel? GREENWASH can’t take responsibility for it. It will make it so hard (read impossible) to process the refund and it might spoil our genuine friendship. So please don’t!
